Consistent quality of product is paramount to all our business activities and is integrated into every operation and process from the very lowest level. Our mission is meeting and exceeding customer's expectations.

 We have undertaken some key actions to achieve our mission by:
  Certifying ISO 9001:2000, our standard rule for all quality control systems.
  Certifying IPC-A-610, our standard rule for all of our manufacturing activities.
  Employing a number of qualified IPC instructors thereby ensuring the quality requirements dictated by IPC-A-610 are implemented throughout all applicable areas of the manufacturing process.
  Defining workmanship standards covering both generic manufacturing operations and bespoke production activities providing a solid foundation for training, and ensuring ongoing product compliance.
  Training and Developing Our Employees, Managers and Staff to build quality into their everyday activities thus encouraging employee ownership of their respective tasks promoting the generation of new ideas and creative thinking.
  Ensuring our Employees, Managers and Staff fully understand the needs and expectations of our customers, thus ensuring they fully understand how their input is crucial in meeting and where possible exceeding these requirements.
  Utilizing to the full our Bespoke Software and Systems, by ensuring that effective process controls are implemented where necessary, and performance data is used to ensure continued quality performance, and ongoing improvement.
