Our extensive vendor base and supply chain management capability enables us to globally source a wide variety of materials and services, giving our customers a choice of procurement options tailored to their individual costs and quality requirements.

Some key points of our supply chain management capabilities include:

A Proven Vendor Base consisting of many skills and capabilities, which already have a proven track record, and have demonstrated capability in delivering quality and cost driven solutions.

Global Sourcing Partnerships consisting of an international vendor base offering the benefits of low cost manufacturing whilst taking away the complicated process of managing long distance and cross-cultural relationships.

Flexible business relationships by implementing a number of material management strategies such as VMI, Kanban and JIT, so as to offer the best inventory control solutions for the particular requirements of any given customer.

 Vendor Management
Shera Technology primarily manufactures finished goods, thus sourcing a multitude of components from a large variety of vendors is a critical process for us. Of these components, fabricated components are the most challenging and an area where Shera has allocated many resources. Ninety percent of Shera's fabricated component vendors are located within a two hour drive of the factory.

Our Fabricated Component Vendors include:
    Plastic Injection
    Rubber Molding
     Metal Stamping
     Metal Machining
     Metal Die-casting
     Printed Circuit Boards

In order to maintain good vendor quality and vendor's continuous improvement, we incorporate systematic vendor management such as:
     AQL incoming material sample plan
     Material Review Board management
     Vendor Corrective Action Report management
     Vendor on site inspection and survey
     Bi-annual audit on each vendor
     Vendor Continues Improvement Management
