At Shera, we take pride in having built a company that is designed to meet the needs of the OEM/ODM who has electronic manufacturing requirements too complex for small general purpose EMS providers, but whose volume requirements and assembly technology does not meet the interests of the large scale EMS providers. Shera is uniquely organized to meet the challenges of OEMs who have mixed-model product needs where many part numbers, high part counts, mixed component technology, low to mid-volumes, component obsolescence, and complex product data is the norm. By utilizing the latest technologies, most advanced equipment and highest quality standards, we provide core manufacturing services to include PCBA build, box-build, final packing and delivery to end users. Using a single source supplier for all your manufacturing needs simplifies the whole process and allows you to concentrate on your core business. If your product is a…

Shera can assist its customers with the myriad of International safety and regulatory certificates and marks. Some of these are mandatory and are required to sell products in other countries while others are compulsory yet can ease the distribution of products by assuring safety and compliance for your customers. Working with a local group of accredited and licensed testing laboratories, Shera can manage your global regulatory and performance certification at a cost that is usually substantially less than the comparable testing done in the US and Canada. Below is a list of common marks. This is by no means a comprehensive list but is representative of the marks Shera deals with on a day-to-day basis. UL/ULC, TUV, GS, CUL/CSA, CE, FCC, ETL, C-Tick, GOST-R, BABT, ENEC, CB-Scheme, PSE, NOM. Implemented on May 1, 2002 and fully effective on August 1, 2003, all electronic products being imported and sold in China are required to carry the China CCC mark. Each of these products will require testing, which must be performed at a certified test center. Shera can manage this process for its customers at no additional charge.
Shera is dedicated to complete material control from a cost, quality and procurement point of view. As a way to manage its large volume of material, Shera uses an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for complete management and integration of planning, materials management, manufacturing and financial business processes.
When moving manufacturing to China, the time and cost variables of shipping take on greater significance. Shera offers its customer a variety of services to properly assess and reduce costs associated with international shipping. For customers new to International shipping, Shera will initiate and facilitate a relationship with an Intentional freight forwarder or provide turnkey shipping services at the customer’s request.
